To enter inside the building, you can use the access card that you can find in the key locker, at the building's entry door, on the left side, under the interphone panel (I took some pictures to help you find it).
You have to pull the flap that covers the cipher and enter the code, then pull the small flap on the left side of the cipher to open the box.

2. Once in the building, your apartment is at the 1st floor, number 43. It is the apartment near the elevator. If you use the stairs, it is on the left side.
Once in front of the door, you can use the code 04525439# to unlock the smart lock.
Before to enter the code, you have to press that small button on the top of the keyboard until the lights on the keyboard will turn on.

Arrival with the EXPRESS BUS 783 from the Otopeni Airport:
The Bucharest Airport bus station is located in front of the Arrivals and Departures Terminals.
The price of a trip is 3.5 lei, i.e. 0.70 €.
The express line 783 connects Henri Coandă International Airport of Bucharest with the city center. This line runs day and night. During the day, every 14 minutes. During the night, the bus leaves every 40 minutes.
You have to get off at PIATA ROMANA bus station. From there, you will need to walk less than 3 minutes to reach your apartment.
We know that each one of our guests have different schedules and it may be your case too. If possible, we will prepare the apartment before 3:00PM. However, as we may also have a check out on the same day and we need some time to finish the cleaning of the apartment, it may be difficult to guarantee that an early check in will be possible. It depends of the time when the previous guest leaves and, sometime, the cleaning may take longer than usual. This is why we will highly appreciate if you announce us in advance about a possible early check in. We will do our best to make it possible or, at least, to take care of your luggage during the cleaning process.
We are always available for you! We hope everything will be fine but please do not hesitate to let us know if there will be an issue.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for both, short or long term.
Take a look at what we will leave for you in the apartment:
a) At least 1 big towel and a medium one for each person. If your stay is longer, we will leave you enough towels for the entire stay.
b) You will find enough shampoo, shower cream and toilet paper in the bathroom.
c) In the kitchen, you will see a washing machine and enough detergent for a short term reservation.
d) There will also be a coffee machine and coffee for your entire reservation.
e) A hair dryer will also be available in the apartment so you don't need to bring yours.
f) An iron and iron table will be in the small bedroom

Este posibil sa fii deja o gazda experimentata sau acesta sa fie primul tau pas in aceasta directie. In ambele cazuri, emotia dinaintea pimirii oaspetilor tai poate fi la fel de mare.
Inainte de a citi acest scurt ghid, este important de retinut ca fiecare oaspete este diferit. Cu fiecare rezervare noua, vei intalni cerinte si asteptari diferite la care va trebui sa te adaptezi pentru a le oferi oaspetilor tai un sejur si o experienta minunate.
Cum pot transforma fiecare rezervare intr-o experienta magica pentru oaspetii mei?
Pasul 1: Asigura-te ca detaliile de check in sunt complete
In cel mult 48 de ore de la crearea anuntului, vei fi contactat de administratorul tau de cont. Te rugam sa te asiguri ca ii comunici acestuia toate detaliile despre accesul in locuinta ta si despre modul in care doresti sa iti primesti oaspetii. Este foarte important ca detaliile de check in sa fie corecte si actualizate pentru a putea fi transmise oaspetilor tai de catre echipa noastra.
Pasul 2: Asigura-te ca locuinta ta este pregatita
Un spatiu neingrijit, echipamente care lipsesc sau care nu functioneaza si lipsa curateniei sunt responsabile de 90% din recenziile negative. Pentru a evita o astfel de situatie, incearca sa verifici in persoana, sau roaga-ti personalul sa o faca in locul tau, daca echipamentele tale sunt in stare buna de functionare si daca nicio etapa din procesul de curatenie nu a fost uitata.
Pasul 3: Faciliteaza procesul de check in
Fii intotdeauna cat mai flexibil posibil si anticipeaza nevoile oaspetilor tai. Persoanele care iti rezerva locuinta vin din locuri diferite, cu mijloace de transport diverse si au nevoie de un orar de check in si de instructiuni de sosire personalizate. Incearca, pe cat posibil, sa anticipezi asteptarile acestora si sa fii pro-activ. Atunci cand locuinta ta este disponibila si pregatita, nu ezita sa propui oaspetilor tai o ora de sosire mai devreme. Daca nu esti pregatit pentru un check in inaintea orei specificate in anuntul tau, incearca sa le oferi un loc in care sa isi depoziteze bagajele sau sugestii despre locuri in care isi vor putea petrece timpul in asteptarea check-in-ului.
Pasul 4: Fii pro-activ
Acum ca oaspetii tai au putut intra cu usurinta in locuinta, incearca sa pastrezi o legatura cu acestia si pe durata sederii. Daca esti localnic si cunosti bine imprejurimile, nu ezita sa le oferi recomandari despre locurile pe care ar trebui sa le viziteze. Impartaseste cu ei experienta ta si fa-i sa se simta ca niste localnici. Cateva locuri unde vor putea petrece timpul liber, unde vor putea descoperi retete culinare traditionale sau de unde vor putea lua cu ei cateva suveniruri ar trebui sa fie de ajuns si cu siguranta vor aprecia. Nu astepta sa fii intrebat ci ofera-ti ajutorul atunci cand crezi ca este nevoie, fara a fi intruziv. Pentru sederile de lunga durata, un mesaj la fiecare 10 zile ar trebui sa fie suficient pentru a le aminti oaspetilor tai ca esti prezent si ca esti dispus sa ajuti.
Daca locuinta ta este vizibila si pe alte platforme sau daca ai rezervari directe, sincronizarea calendarului Voiagio cu celelalte calendare te va ajuta sa eviti rezervari multiple pentru aceleasi date.
