Guests can browse listings and make reservations through the Platform. By making a reservation, guests agree to abide by the host’s specific terms and conditions, including cancellation policies and house rules.

3.3 Communication

Hosts and guests can communicate through the Platform’s messaging system. However, all communications must comply with our content guidelines, and we reserve the right to monitor and moderate messages for compliance.

3.4 Booking Verification

To enhance trust and security, we may implement a booking verification process, such as identity verification or background checks, for users.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1 Payment Processing

While we may provide assistance to help facilitate the resolution of disputes, we are not responsible for and do not have control over the conduct of users or the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings and reservations. We do not endorse any users or listings.

In the event of unresolved disputes, you agree to engage in mediation or arbitration, as specified in our dispute resolution policy, before pursuing legal action.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any unlawful or unauthorized activities.
